According to the National Association of Realtors, 40% of buyers find agents through referrals, with over 40% of an average agent's business coming from existing databases. LiveBy Local addresses this by importing contacts and sending branded market reports and community guides based on recipients' specific neighbourhoods. The platform includes hyperlocal market reports, community guides and property valuations, with engagement tracking to identify interested contacts. Over 2,000 agents from brokerages including eXp Realty and Keller Williams currently use the service. LiveBy Local is available for $39 monthly with a 14-day free trial.
