Automates OOH planning, buying, and measurement

Overview

Moving Walls provides an end-to-end software platform for Out-of-Home advertising that automates planning, buying, execution, and measurement by aggregating digital and static billboards, indoor, and transit media into Moving Audiences. Advertisers and agencies use the platform to select screens and time slots based on audience data, with the system analyzing large data sets to measure audience presence and enable retargeting with mobile ads. It differentiates itself through a patented multi-sensor location measurement approach and by serving both buy-side and sell-side customers, plus features like carbon tracking for digital screens. The company's goal is to make OOH campaigns more accountable and data-driven across the ecosystem, improving targeting, measurement, and monetization.

Moving Walls sets the gold standard for DOOH measurement.

Moving Walls sets the gold standard for DOOH measurement. August 21, 2026 Moving Walls recently clinched the Silver Award for "Best Programmatic DOOH Audience Measurement Tool" at the Programmatic Asia Awards 2026 organized by Agency Reporter. This recognition highlights its commitment to driving transparency, accuracy, and data-driven innovation across the digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising industry. Setting the gold standard in DOOH measurement. The Programmatic Asia Awards celebrate excellence in programmatic advertising across the APAC region. Winning the Silver award in this highly competitive category underscores the industry's trust in its measurement capabilities. It validates its ongoing mission to bridge the gap between traditional outdoor advertising and digital agility. Outdoor media has historically lacked real-time, granular audience data. This gap made it difficult for brands to measure ROI accurately. Moving Walls Measure directly addresses this challenge. It gives advertisers the clarity they need to deploy campaigns with confidence. By introducing accountability to the medium, Moving Walls Pte Ltd help brands treat DOOH as a core pillar of their omnichannel mix rather than an experimental add-on. What is Moving Walls Measure? Moving Walls Measure is its flagship audience measurement solution. It transforms how brands, agencies, and media owners plan, optimize, and evaluate their DOOH investments. Moving Walls Measure was built to dismantle the traditional "Black Box". Rather than forcing publishers and buyers into a single proprietary data stream, its Agnostic OS ingests multi-source inputs SDK location signals, telco movement patterns, IoT sensors, and local market currencies. Moving Walls Pte Ltd adapt to the language of the land. The result is a transparent, four-layer measurement framework: 1. Real-Time Impressions: Replacing static monthly averages with hourly audience density updates. 2. De-duplication (Reach & Frequency): Calculating unique exposure across screen networks and physical routes. 3. Physical Engagement: Capturing dwell times and venue-specific audience interactions. 4. Downstream Outcomes: Linking billboard exposures directly to store visitation and sales lift. Empowering the modern advertiser. In today's fragmented media landscape, data silos are a massive obstacle. Advertisers require uniform measurement across all screens. Moving Walls Measure delivers exactly that by standardising digital billboards into measurable, addressable assets. With its tool, media buyers no longer guess who saw their ad. They can actively analyze reach, frequency, and demographic distributions. This level of granularity ensures that marketing budgets are spent efficiently, maximising overall campaign impact. The future of Programmatic DOOH. As programmatic DOOH continues its rapid expansion across Asia and beyond, Moving Walls will remain at the forefront. Moving Walls Pte Ltd is continuously updating its algorithms and expanding its data partnerships to ensure its clients always have access to the most precise measurement tools available.
