NPS Prism is a subscription-based SaaS platform built by Bain & Company to provide external customer experience benchmarks. It gathers Net Promoter Score (NPS) data from more than 500 companies across 30+ countries and 10 industries, refreshing the data quarterly, and offers an analytics dashboard, historical data, and quarterly insights to compare a client’s NPS across journeys, products, and channels. It differentiates itself by applying Bain’s NPS methodology and delivering industry- and journey-level benchmarks alongside strategic insights that help interpret scores and guide actions.
