NIPR announces Evan Daniels as Chief Legal Officer. KANSAS CITY, Mo. (July 24, 2026) - The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) has named Evan Daniels as Chief Legal Officer. Daniels joins NIPR from private practice, where he previously served as NIPR's fractional General Counsel. Daniels is a former Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (AZDIFI), during which time he served as a member of the NIPR Board of Directors. Daniels brings extensive and diverse legal, policy, and government experience, having represented insurance-industry clients in regulatory matters and in numerous roles with the Arizona Attorney General's Office before his appointment to lead AZDIFI. As NIPR's Chief Legal Officer, Daniels will provide strategic legal guidance across the organization, support NIPR's ongoing innovation initiatives, and help ensure the organization continues to meet the evolving needs of regulators, insurance carriers, agencies, and producers.
