Nature's Fynd develops protein ingredients using a fermentation-based process with a microbe discovered in NASA-funded research. The microbe is grown in bioreactors to produce microbial proteins, which are harvested into Fy ingredients used to replace or supplement conventional proteins. Its distinct microbe and fermentation platform enable scalable production and has attracted partnerships with major food players like ADM and Danone. The goal is to meet growing global protein demand with sustainable, adaptable ingredients produced through biotechnology.
