July 25, 2026 Osaka Steakhouse & Sushi Bar plans to open tomorrow - Sunday, July 26 - at 18118 Evans Street, just southwest of 180th & West Maple Road. Owners Amy Chen and Michael Zhu also operate the original Osaka in La Vista's Southport West area.
