Neighborhood Health Association is a nonprofit network of community health centers serving residents of Toledo and surrounding Lucas County, Ohio. Its clinics bring primary medical care together with dental care, behavioral health and a full-service pharmacy, with programs for children, older adults and people experiencing homelessness. Patients use insurance or pay directly, and uninsured or underinsured patients can seek income-based discounts through its sliding fee program.
