Nest Health, which provides whole-family, in-home primary care for families on Medicaid, has named Peter Morrison its first chief growth officer. He will lead its expansion into new states and deepen health plan partnerships in Arizona and Louisiana. Morrison brings more than 15 years of Medicaid experience. He was most recently senior vice president of strategy and head of growth at Pair Team, and previously held senior roles at UnitedHealthcare and Centene. Nest serves more than 50,000 Medicaid members across Arizona and Louisiana. A staged rollout across five Northern Arizona counties is expected to reach an estimated 20,000 rural members. Morrison joins a leadership team that Nest has expanded in recent months, with a new chief operating officer and hires in product, marketing, and people.

Bacekrs included Socium Ventures, Amboy Street Ventures, Impact America Fund, Hopelab, University Growth Fund, and Luminary Impact Fund. Socium Ventures joined the Nest Health board of directors. The company intends to use the funds to expand its family-focused clinical products, using AI to automate care and supercharge the efficiency of its care teams, and to grow both in current states and into new geographies through existing and additional payer partnerships.
