Netomi launches governed agentic AI platform on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365

Netomi has announced expanded availability of its agentic AI platform on Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service, featuring deeper integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and availability through Microsoft Marketplace. The San Francisco-based company serves Fortune 500 enterprises across travel, hospitality, insurance, banking, retail, media and telecommunications. The platform enables AI agents to reason over dynamic customer scenarios whilst maintaining policy enforcement and operational control. Key features include situational awareness at runtime, embedded governance, continuous telemetry and parallel workflow orchestration. The Dynamics 365 integration provides scene-based customer interactions, pre-emptive agent assistance and continuous knowledge alignment via SharePoint. Microsoft customers can deploy Netomi using existing Azure agreements and apply committed Azure spend towards the platform. Netomi's clients include Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, MetLife and the NBA.
