NNetraDyne provides AI-powered safety solutions for commercial fleets. Its main product is an AI-driven dash cam that analyzes driver behavior in real time, detects risky actions (like texting or drowsiness), and issues audio alerts to help drivers correct behavior. Beyond recording, it converts data into actionable insights for fleet managers, enabling remote monitoring, driver coaching through recommended videos, and rewards for safe driving. Revenue comes from selling the technology and a subscription-based software platform for proactive safety, traffic-violation detection, and performance analytics. The company differentiates itself by focusing on proactive, data-driven safety and coaching to prevent incidents, rather than merely recording events. Its goal is to reduce accidents and create safer, smarter roadways for commercial fleets.

Netradyne wins Frost & Sullivan's 2026 Global Product Leadership award for fleet video telematics. The San Diego-based AI fleet safety company was evaluated on innovation, customer value, reliability, growth potential, and market positioning across the commercial vehicle sector. Netradyne, Inc. has received Frost & Sullivan's 2026 Global Product Leadership Recognition in the commercial vehicle video telematics industry, the research and consulting firm announced on October 16. The award places Netradyne among a select group of companies recognised for advancing the capabilities of fleet safety technology beyond traditional event recording. The recognition follows a structured evaluation of companies operating in the commercial vehicle video telematics space. Frost & Sullivan assessed participants across two broad categories - business impact and product excellence - with criteria spanning innovation, customer value, reliability, growth potential, and market positioning. Netradyne's performance across these criteria, particularly its emphasis on AI-driven fleet intelligence, was noted as a distinguishing factor. Among the specific capabilities highlighted in the report were AI-based analysis covering 100% of drive time, near real-time driver coaching, and proactive risk detection. Frost & Sullivan also drew attention to the company's Driver - i platform, an integrated system that combines fleet safety monitoring, driver behaviour tracking, and operational intelligence in a single solution. The platform's GreenZone Score feature, which identifies and records positive driving behaviours rather than focusing solely on infractions, was cited as an example of a driver-centric approach to fleet management. The evaluation further noted Netradyne's Advanced Driver Monitoring System (DMS), which is designed to detect indicators of driver fatigue and distraction in real time. Video LiveSearch, a tool that allows fleet operators to retrieve footage based on specific events or criteria, and next-generation multi-camera AI visibility solutions were also included among the recognised capabilities. Together, these tools are intended to give fleet operators a more complete and continuous picture of vehicle and driver performance. Aaron Roberts Manoharan, Program Manager at Frost & Sullivan, said the company "continues to demonstrate a strong ability to align technological innovation with the evolving needs of modern fleets," citing product reliability and long-term platform scalability as factors considered during the evaluation process. The award reflects a broader shift in the commercial fleet industry, where operators are increasingly moving away from passive video recording systems toward platforms that can analyse data continuously and respond to risk in real time. AI-powered telematics tools are being adopted across trucking, logistics, and delivery sectors as fleets seek to reduce accidents, manage insurance costs, and meet regulatory requirements around driver monitoring. Netradyne was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in San Diego, with additional offices in San Francisco, Nashville, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Bangalore. The company serves commercial fleet customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. It states its AI systems have processed more than 150 billion minutes and 30 billion miles of driving data to date. Frost & Sullivan is a global research and consulting firm that has operated for over 60 years across six continents, providing market analysis and growth advisory services across a range of industries.
Netradyne expands AI Agent lineup for fleet safety teams. Ready-made agents and a custom builder reach direct customers in the U.S. and Canada, building on June's platform. · Tuesday, October 13, 2026 Netradyne on Tuesday expanded the lineup of AI agents running on its Netradyne Intelligence platform. The update adds a Campaign Agent for driver coaching, a builder that lets fleet managers create their own agents, and conversational answers drawn from live fleet data. The capabilities are available to direct Netradyne customers in the U.S. and Canada. "Fleet teams are pressed for time to configure reports and piece together answers," said Avneesh Agrawal, CEO of Netradyne, in the announcement. "Agents give managers an easy and scalable way to draw on Netradyne Intelligence. They describe what matters and agents bring it to them, with people staying in control. The impact is already clear: customers created more than 250 agents within a month of release." The San Diego-based driver safety and fleet management company unveiled Netradyne Intelligence in June, built on more than 30 billion miles and 150 billion minutes of real-world driving data. Agrawal said then that fleets had invested in visibility into their operations, but "the real challenge now is execution." Coaching and incident response agents were available at launch. Netradyne added a Collision Management Agent and an MCP connector in August. At the June launch, Chief Product Officer Pramod Akkarachittor said the agents "reason about context, execute multi-step workflows, and follow through on behalf of managers." Tuesday's update lets managers decide what that work is. Campaign Agent scores driver competitions. The new Campaign Agent turns coaching into a competition. Managers choose the safety priorities and the driver groups. The agent runs the scoring, daily standings and driver updates. Comparisons from before, during and after a campaign show where drivers improved and where they still need support. The new agent joins two ready-made agents that Netradyne says take on fleets' most time-consuming safety work. The Collision Management Agent handles incidents from first report to resolution. The Coaching Agent, according to the June release, identifies which drivers need attention based on goals managers set. It prepares each session with driver history, top alerts and a recommended improvement plan. Managers build their own agents. To build a custom agent, a manager describes in plain language what it should do, such as compiling a shortlist of drivers for recognition or preparing fuel-efficiency coaching packs. The manager then picks the driver groups, conditions and schedule. The agent delivers updated findings and recommendations in the Netradyne portal or by email. That gives each customer analysis shaped to its own priorities without rebuilding reports, the company said. Answers from live fleet data. Managers can also ask questions about their fleet and get answers from live data. Follow-up questions dig into what changed and why, broken out by driver, group, behavior or time period. When an answer proves useful, the manager can turn it into an agent that runs on a schedule. Those questions also work outside Netradyne's portal. The MCP connector, which Netradyne describes as a secure bridge to fleet-specific insights, extends fleet context into AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. Teams can ask questions and build agents inside those tools. Netradyne will show the capabilities at the American Trucking Associations' Management Conference & Exhibition, which runs Oct. 17-20 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, N.C. Bharat Stars Services partners with Netradyne to enhance safety in aviation fuelling operations. 2026-07-07 02:31:37 Business Bengaluru, July 7, 2026: Netradyne, a global leader in AI-powered fleet safety and performance technology, today announced a partnership with Bharat Stars Services Private Limited (BSSPL), a joint venture between Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and ST Airport Services Pte. Ltd (STARS), Singapore. The engagement brings Netradyne's AI-driven Driver - i platform to BSSPL's aviation fuelling fleet operating across airports in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. The deployment will help strengthen safety standards in one of the most high-stakes ground operation environments in Indian aviation. Aviation fuel handling is among the most safety-critical functions at any airport. Fuelling vehicles, refuellers and dispensers operate in close proximity to active aircraft, ground support equipment, and personnel, often under strict speed constraints. In this environment, even momentary lapses in driver alertness or vehicle handling can carry severe consequences. Netradyne analyses 100% drive time using advanced computer vision and edge AI. This provides BSSPL with continuous visibility into fleet operations rather than relying on event-triggered recording. The platform identifies early signs of driver fatigue and drowsiness, a primary safety concern in repetitive airside operations. It delivers immediate in-cab alerts through audible coaching before a situation escalates. When distraction or unsafe behaviour is detected, drivers receive real-time alerts that enable self-correction at the moment. This reduces reliance on post-incident reviews. The platform also provides collision warnings for potential risks with aircraft, equipment, or personnel operating in close quarters on the tarmac. What sets the technology apart is its ability to recognise positive driving behaviour, not just risk. Through Netradyne's GreenZone(R) safety scoring framework, BSSPL can benchmark and track safe driving performance across its workforce. This gives operations managers a clearer picture of what is working well, not just what needs correction. JP Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Bharat Stars Services Limited, said: "Our ground operations teams work around the clock 24/7, 365 days a year in some of the most demanding environments at an airport. We have always maintained rigorous safety standards and protocols, but the reality of round-the-clock operations is that fatigue, distraction, and momentary lapses can occur even among the most experienced and disciplined operators. Netradyne gives us an additional layer of real-time support, helping us detect these risks as they happen and intervene before they become incidents. It enhances the safety culture we've built over the years." Durgadutt Nedungadi, Senior Vice President, India, APAC & Middle East, Netradyne, said: "Airside fuelling is an environment where precision, compliance, and situational awareness are critical at every moment. BSSPL's decision to deploy Netradyne across its operations demonstrates a forward-looking approach to safety that goes beyond compliance. We are proud to support their mission of building a safer, more accountable airside ecosystem at some of India's busiest airports."
