The deployment establishes a high-capacity regional aggregation point for Bridged Broadband's newly launched network, connecting rural Missouri markets to major Midwest interconnection, cloud and carrier ecosystems. Bridged Broadband launches with 47 network points of presence and approximately 2,500 route miles of fibre across Missouri and the broader Midwest. The 800G optical network uses a consortium-based model to deliver carrier-grade performance and low-latency connectivity to underserved rural markets. The facility provides Bridged Broadband access to carrier interconnection, cloud connectivity and global transit networks, supporting use cases including wireless backhaul, government connectivity, education networks and healthcare infrastructure.
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Netrality Data Centers, the largest, privately-held owner and operator of core interconnection facilities in the United States, on its US$605 million financing. The transaction comprised a maturity extension of its existing credit facility, and the incurrence of incremental term loans and revolving commitments.
