New Horizons of the Treasure Coast is a nonprofit behavioral health agency serving children, adults, and families in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties in southeast Florida. It combines inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment with substance use recovery services, including detox and counseling. Its crisis programs include adult and child stabilization units, emergency screening, and a mobile team that assesses people in community settings. Donations help pay for services that insurance or government programs do not cover, supporting care regardless of ability to pay. Established in 1958, the organization is headquartered in Fort Pierce, Florida.
