The New York Post Media Group has launched The California Post, a new Los Angeles-based publication covering politics, technology, business, entertainment and culture across California. The venture will publish seven days a week across digital, print, mobile app and social media platforms. Nick Papps serves as editor-in-chief, leading a team that includes notable hires from Variety, Los Angeles Times and Breitbart. The publication debuts with an exclusive Page Six Hollywood investigation by Tatiana Siegel into the Safdie brothers' split. The launch leverages The Post's existing California readership of 7.3 million monthly unique visitors statewide. Lee Fentress joins as associate publisher from the Los Angeles Times. Launch advertisers include Yaamava' Resort & Casino, Fox Entertainment and FOX Sports.
