Nextep, a professional employer organisation, has expanded into four new US markets: Scottsdale, Arizona, Atlanta, Georgia, Chicago, Illinois, and Greenville, South Carolina. The expansion brings the company's total office count to 20 locations across the United States. The Norman, Oklahoma-based firm provides HR solutions including payroll, employee benefits, HR consulting, and compliance support. According to founder and CEO Brian Fayak, the expansion allows sales and service teams to work more closely with clients whilst maintaining the company's white glove service approach.
