Veefin Group of Companies has fully acquired Nityo Tech Pvt Ltd, part of Nityo Infotech Singapore’s India business. This is Veefin's second acquisition in two months. The acquisition aims to enhance Veefin's BFSI digital portfolio, enabling them to offer a comprehensive range of digital transformation services to banks.
