Noise, a prediction market for social media topic relevancy, has raised $7.1 million in a seed round led by Paradigm ahead of its Base mainnet launch. The startup is building what it describes as "a stock market for trends", allowing users to speculate on the relevance of social media topics. The funding will support Noise's development as it prepares to launch on Base, Coinbase's Ethereum layer-2 network.
