INDIANAPOLIS , Feb. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Core BTS, a full-service digital transformation consulting firm, announced today that Toshitaka Oiwa will become Chief Executive Officer, and Hiroyuki Oshida will become Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1.Toshitaka Oiwa steps into the CEO role after serving as Chairman of Core BTS and President of NRI Holdings America (NRI-HA), Core BTS' parent company, headquartered in New York. In this role, Toshitaka Oiwa served as a board member for all U.S. subsidiaries, driving M&A activities, business collaborations, and overall growth strategy development and execution. Before relocating to the U.S., Toshitaka Oiwa was based at NRI's headquarters in Tokyo, where he served as General Manager of Global Strategy, leading more than a dozen acquisitions, including the acquisition of Core BTS in 2021.
