Nox Health names Milton Silva-Craig CEO to lead next phase of global expansion. June 9, 2026 Milton Silva-Craig Nox Health has appointed healthcare technology executive Milton Silva-Craig as chief executive officer, effective June 15, as the company accelerates its global growth strategy and expands its sleep health platform. Silva-Craig succeeds company founder Sigurjón Kristjánsson, who will transition to the role of founder and vice chairman. In his new position, Kristjánsson will focus on innovation, long-term strategy, and future growth initiatives. The leadership transition comes as healthcare providers, insurers, and employers increasingly view sleep health as a critical factor in improving chronic disease outcomes and lowering healthcare costs. Nox Health currently serves customers in more than 50 countries through a platform that combines sleep diagnostics, artificial intelligence-enabled interpretation, patient engagement, and care management. "Sleep health is rapidly emerging as one of healthcare's most important frontiers for improving outcomes and reducing the burden of chronic disease," Silva-Craig said. "The industry is moving beyond episodic testing toward longitudinal, outcomes-based sleep health management, creating a significant opportunity for innovation and impact." Silva-Craig most recently served as CEO of Q-Centrix, where he led the company's expansion into a major enterprise clinical data management platform serving health systems. During his tenure, the business grew more than fourteen-fold and completed multiple strategic transactions. His background also includes leadership roles focused on healthcare operations, commercialization, product development, and organizational transformation. Nox Health's integrated platform delivers sleep diagnostics, AI-enabled interpretation, and ongoing patient engagement designed to improve outcomes while reducing the total cost of care. The company partners with health systems, payers, employers, and channel partners to advance sleep healthcare on a broader scale. Kristjánsson said the company has built a strong foundation over the past decade and is well-positioned for continued expansion. "The opportunity ahead for sleep healthcare is extraordinary," he said. "Milton's experience scaling complex healthcare organizations globally positions Nox exceptionally well for our next phase of growth, while enabling me to focus even more deeply on innovation, long-term strategy, and helping shape the future direction of the company." Vestar Capital Partners, which made a strategic growth investment in Nox Health in 2022, supported the leadership transition. "Since Vestar's investment, the company has nearly doubled in size while establishing itself as a global leader in sleep diagnostics and sleep care management," said Roger Holstein, chairman of the board and managing director at Vestar Capital Partners. "Milton brings proven experience scaling complex healthcare organizations globally, while Sigurjón's vision created a uniquely differentiated company and platform." Headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, Nox Health also maintains research and development and operational centers in Reykjavík, Iceland, and Porto, Portugal. The company focuses on advancing connected, data-driven sleep healthcare through technology, diagnostics, and care management solutions.
