Nue.io builds tools for RevOps to connect and optimize revenue processes across teams. Its platform helps organizations manage customer journeys end-to-end, including subscription and usage-based billing within Salesforce, flexible quoting, and self-service as well as direct sales motions. It integrates revenue data from opportunity to cash to provide real-time visibility, reducing data silos and aligning sales and finance. The product works by connecting Salesforce with billing, pricing, and customer journey workflows, enabling changes, renewals, and dynamic quotes in a single system. Compared with competitors, Nue.io focuses on real-time, end-to-end revenue data and seamless integration of self-service and direct sales for usage-based models, rather than offering only standalone CRM or billing modules. The goal is to help organizations grow revenue more predictably and scale by simplifying RevOps, improving data accuracy, and accelerating the quote-to-cash process.

Nue, a revenue architecture platform, has launched its Credit and Commit Burndown solution to help SaaS and AI companies manage flexible consumption models whilst maintaining revenue predictability. The solution unifies quoting, usage data and billing into a single system. The product addresses the challenge of variable AI product usage and infrastructure costs by supporting two models: Credit Burndown, where customers prepay and consume credits, and Commit Burndown, where customers commit to minimum spend and are billed in arrears. These hybrid pricing models are experiencing significant growth as alternatives to traditional seat-based subscriptions. Developed with customers including OpenAI, the solution has contributed to Nue's 280% year-on-year revenue growth. The product is immediately available and aims to reduce billing errors and revenue leakage whilst improving forecast accuracy.
Nue, a revenue lifecycle platform for SaaS companies, has appointed Ashley Deibert as chief marketing officer. Deibert, a three-time CMO with experience driving growth at SaaS companies, will lead global marketing strategy and go-to-market execution. The appointment comes as Nue experiences rapid growth, with a 280% year-on-year increase following its $20 million Series A round in 2025. The company's platform helps software companies manage emerging pricing models like consumption-based and usage-based billing, addressing challenges posed by AI-driven business models. Deibert previously served as CMO at Marigold and Piano, where she built marketing and revenue operations functions. Her clients include OpenAI, Superhuman, Jasper and Glean, alongside established SaaS companies transitioning from traditional seat-based subscriptions.
Nue appoints Ashley Deibert as Chief Marketing Officer. Business Wire Proven SaaS marketing leader joins as Nue, the platform for managing revenue in the AI era, sees 280% growth SAN FRANCISCO, February 10, 2026-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Nue, the revenue lifecycle platform transforming how companies manage quote-to-revenue operations, today announced the appointment of Ashley Deibert as Chief Marketing Officer. Deibert is a three-time CMO with a track record of driving multi-million dollar growth for SaaS companies. Deibert will lead global marketing strategy, brand, and go-to-market execution. She joins Nue in a period of exceptional momentum. With a rapidly expanding customer base that includes many of the world's largest and fastest-growing AI companies, Nue is emerging as the leading revenue platform for modern SaaS monetization. AI leaders such as OpenAI, Superhuman, Jasper and Glean, as well as many scaled SaaS leaders, have already adopted Nue, helping drive 280% YoY growth following Nue's $20m Series A raise in 2025. "Nue is entering an exciting phase of growth," said Mark Walker, CEO of Nue. "We're building the team to match the moment and establish Nue as the category leader in revenue architecture for modern SaaS and AI companies. Ashley's leadership will be pivotal as we scale our go-to-market engine and continue to win customers from legacy platforms." Nue solves a critical challenge for software companies in the age of AI: how to price, package and bill for the new and emerging pricing models. AI-powered businesses are shifting away from seat-based subscriptions, but struggle to manage the complexity of emerging revenue models such as committed consumption, usage and outcome-based pricing. Nue enables them to implement new models that front-load revenue, test creative monetization strategies, and forecast their income more accurately. "Nue is meeting the market at a pivotal moment. Revenue strategy has become a CEO-level priority, but legacy CPQ and billing tools weren't designed for today's pace of experimentation and change, especially in the age of AI," said Deibert. "Nue cuts through that complexity and gives teams a modern foundation to move faster. My job is to clarify that vision, build a scalable go-to-market strategy, and grow a marketing organization that helps customers rethink what's possible in revenue operations." Deibert joins Nue after serving as CMO at Marigold, whose enterprise business unit was acquired by Zeta Global. Prior to Marigold, Ashley led global marketing at digital revenue optimization leader, Piano, where she created the marketing, RevOps, and BDR functions to drive double-digit YoY growth.
Approvals Pro will remain a fully standalone product while seamlessly integrating with Nue's CPQ, revenue lifecycle and billing offerings.
Canadian-led, San Francisco-based Nue raised a $28.8 million CAD Series A round, led by Inovia Capital, with participation from Bluefish Capital, NextWorld Capital, NJP Ventures, Operator Stack Fund, and Information Venture Partners. Nue plans to expand globally and enhance its revenue lifecycle management platform. The company has raised $40 million USD to date and aims to capture a major share of the CPQ and billing markets in the next three to four years.
