CJ Logistics America is deploying OneTrack's AiOn agentic AI system across more than 40 warehouses. The AI agents connect multiple warehouse management systems, Snowflake data warehouse, AI vision sensors, and robotics equipment to automate operational tasks. The system has delivered measurable results in early deployment. Gap time between tasks dropped 45%, whilst units per hour performance increased 18% network-wide. Agents handle labour performance management, compliance automation, and slotting optimisation, completing work that previously required hours of supervisor time. AiOn is built on foundation models from xAI, Anthropic, and OpenAI, served through AWS Bedrock and xAI Inference API. Every agent action is logged and operates within strict permissions across data sources. The deployment follows a seven-year partnership between the two companies, making CJ Logistics among the first major third-party logistics providers to run agentic AI at operational scale.
