OSU Physicians, formally Ohio State University Physicians, Inc., is a multi-specialty medical group that manages the outpatient faculty practices of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and delivers primary and specialty care across central Ohio. It runs the clinical operations behind these practices at more than 100 outpatient facilities, and its OSUP Community Medical Group provides family medicine, internal medicine, and related services. Beyond patient care, the group supplies administrative infrastructure for its physician practices, handling billing, compliance, credentialing, HR, and managed care administration. What sets it apart is its role as the practice-management backbone of an academic health system, aligning institutional and departmental resources with faculty physicians.
