He will draw on his experience in capital raising and asset management to strengthen client relationships and support the expansion of the firm's private wealth offering in the region. Sen brings extensive experience across the financial services industry, having built his career across corporate banking, priority banking, asset management and private equity. He has focused throughout his career on capital raising, working closely with regional and international investors across the private wealth landscape. He played a key role in raising capital for MENA's first-ever SPAC deal. Sen said the Middle East continues to stand out as one of the world's most dynamic wealth markets, adding that Ocorian is well positioned to support the evolving needs of private clients, family offices and investors. Ocorian appoints Andy Bailey as Country Head for Guernsey. 01 July, 2026 Ocorian, a leading global provider of fund services, capital markets, corporate and private client solutions, has appointed Andy Bailey as Country Head for Guernsey. Andy joined Ocorian in 2025 and has served as Head of Private Client for Guernsey and the Isle of Man. In his expanded role, Andy will lead Ocorian's Guernsey business, in addition to overseeing the group's private client strategy across Guernsey and the Isle of Man. He will be responsible for leading Ocorian's management team in Guernsey and managing regulatory relationships. Andy succeeds Ben Hill, who moves to focus fully on his group-wide responsibilities as Global Head of Fund Services. Andy brings more than 25 years' experience across private client, corporate and investment management. Having begun his career in Guernsey in 1999, he has held senior management, director, board and group-level positions across leading independent and institutional financial services businesses. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Management with Trust and Estates from Manchester Business School and is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). Ocorian, a global specialist in asset servicing for private and corporate markets as well as fiduciary administration services, has appointed Francel Fullard (main picture) as head of private clients, Hong Kong. Fullard has more than 10 years' experience in the legal and fiduciary services sector. She previously worked at Trident Trust for more than four years, according to her LinkedIn profile. In her new role, Fullard will be leading Ocorian's private client team in Hong Kong, working with high net worth and ultra-HNW individuals and families to establish and administer complex trust and fiduciary structures. A STEP-affiliated professional, Fullard holds BCom, LLB and LLM qualifications from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
