Ocra

Ocra

Centralized SaaS for parking inventory pricing

Overview

Ocra provides a cloud-based platform that helps parking operators, asset owners, property managers, and hotels manage inventory, pricing, and availability across multiple consumer apps and websites from one dashboard. It works by integrating with various parking technologies via APIs to pool inventory, enable dynamic pricing, apply blackout controls, and generate consolidated reports; Ocra also offers Ocra CoPilot, a managed service that uses its data to optimize revenue for asset owners. Ocra differentiates itself by unifying fragmented parking tech into a single, interoperable system rather than offering separate point solutions, and it has demonstrated traction with large partners. Its goal is to eliminate data silos and standardize communication between technologies to maximize yield and operational efficiency while growing its subscription-based SaaS business.

Ocra and TrackMyShuttle partner

Ocra and TrackMyShuttle partner. Ocra, the first AI-powered revenue management system (RMS) and global distribution system (GDS) for hotel parking assets, and TrackMyShuttle, a real-time fleet visibility and operations platform for hotels, airports and parking operators, have entered into a strategic partnership. By combining Ocra's purpose-built parking revenue management platform with TrackMyShuttle's transparency-focused transit technology, the two companies provide a "white-glove" solution to the multibillion-dollar airport parking and ground transportation sector, according to the companies. For the modern traveler, the journey to the terminal is often more stressful than the flight itself. According to the 2024 Most Anxious Hotel Travelers U.S. Report, 38% of travelers cite "not making it to the gate on time" as their primary source of anxiety, with unknown variables including parking location, shuttle availability and total transit time to the terminal. The lack of clear data is a compounding factor: studies show travelers are 4.5x more likely to report high stress when they lack status updates or visual cues regarding airport transportation. The partnership mitigates "pre-airport transit anxiety" with a high-fidelity, data-driven travel day experience. Ocra first maximizes hotel parking revenue by distributing underutilized inventory across "parking OTAs" (e.g., SpotHero, Airport Parking Reservations) at optimized rates. Once the customer parks, the baton is passed to TrackMyShuttle, which provides real-time data points into shuttle capacity and precise timing to communicate reliability. By syncing inventory management with live transit data, the two companies eliminate the black box of the lot-to-terminal transfer, delivering an experience with the traveler's timeline and well-being in mind. For hotel owners and operators, this partnership creates a synergy between asset optimization and operational excellence that transforms underutilized parking spots into high-margin revenue engines. By layering Ocra's AI-driven revenue management with TrackMyShuttle's sophisticated fleet intelligence, owners and operators can grab 70-80%+ margins on a new ancillary revenue stream while simultaneously gaining omniscience into shuttle locations, driver status, passenger count and bag capacity, the companies report. This "all-upside" model drives NOI and increases hotel asset value without adding headcount or operational complexity. "Our goal is to generate significant incremental revenue for hotel owners and operators by allowing them to park non-guest customers with negligible work for their teams," said Ethan Glass, CEO/cofounder, Ocra. "TrackMyShuttle's best-in-class fleet management technology adds another layer of value: travelers feel 100% confident about how they'll get from the hotel lot to the terminal and back. That has a positive user experience impact that fosters trust and repeat business." Bhavin Parikh, CEO, TrackMyShuttle, added, "At TrackMyShuttle, we're always looking for ways to expand the value we deliver to the operators who rely on our platform every day. Ocra shares that same commitment to helping hospitality partners unlock more value from their transportation and parking operations. By working together, we're able to create a more connected experience for our mutual customers while continuing to build new capabilities that benefit both the TrackMyShuttle and Ocra communities."

Ocra wins 2026 ALIS Tech Challenge Award

Ocra wins 2026 ALIS Tech Challenge Award. Ocra, the first AI-powered revenue management platform purpose-built for hotel parking assets, was named winner of the 2026 ALIS Tech Challenge Award at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) for its revenue management system (RMS) and global distribution system (GDS) software and innovative approach to yield management. The ALIS Tech Challenge spotlights solutions that deliver immediate and concrete value to hotel asset owners. Competing against top hospitality industry innovators, Ocra stood out for its measurable financial impact. With optimized pricing, dynamic distribution and strategic revenue management in place, hotel parking margins can exceed 70%-80% - outpacing F&B, spa services and other ancillary revenue streams. The Ocra platform unlocks this value without guest experience disruption or operational burden, generating incremental revenue even when room revenues soften. "Being recognized by leading hotel owners and operators for the bottom-line impact that Ocra is making in the industry is truly humbling," said Ethan Glass, CEO/cofounder, Ocra. "We appreciate the opportunity to share our mission, vision and solutions with the judges alongside other hotel technology providers, all of whom are making a tremendous impact on different parts of the industry." The Ocra platform generates ancillary revenue for hotels by combining proprietary revenue management, AI-powered pricing optimization and channel distribution strategies that enable hotels to: * Maximize yield on underutilized parking inventory * Capture high-margin revenue from non-guest customers * Integrate parking profits with broader hotel revenue strategies Ocra's recognition underscores the growing relevance of parking as an untapped high-margin revenue stream for hotel owners and operators, according to the company. In an environment of constrained RevPAR, the hospitality industry is shifting toward data-driven ancillary revenue optimization, and parking is emerging as a key contributor to hotel financial health and profitability
