On Deck runs a program called ODF that helps people navigate the earliest stages of starting a company. Participants join a cohort of 80 to 100 peers to collaborate on finding co-founders, validating product ideas, and deciding on funding strategies. Unlike traditional accelerators that focus on established teams, On Deck specializes in the "exploration stage" by providing a community-driven environment to solve the initial hurdles of entrepreneurship. The company's goal is to help more people launch successful startups by providing the network and knowledge needed to turn an idea into a functioning business.
