OneAdvanced has launched the UK's first private sovereign healthcare large language model, developed with NVIDIA and trained on pseudonymised NHS primary care data. The Care Navigator LLM demonstrated superior triage accuracy compared to both leading frontier AI models and a GP control group in benchmark testing. Built using NVIDIA Nemotron open models and trained on 500,000 monthly patient interactions from OneAdvanced's triage platform used across the NHS, the model achieves inference costs up to 150 times lower than leading frontier models. Unlike public LLMs, it learns continuously from GP corrections within the system. The pilot programme validates that sovereign AI models trained on UK healthcare data can meet NHS governance and privacy standards whilst improving care navigation accuracy and reducing resource wastage. OneAdvanced aims to deploy the solution NHS-wide.

OneAdvanced, a major UK SaaS provider, has released the first major update wave for IQ, its AI-powered system designed for highly regulated sectors. Launched in April, the Summer 2026 release introduces sector-specific capabilities across healthcare, government, education, legal, housing and commercial operations. Key updates include AI-powered clinical documentation for healthcare, enhanced financial planning tools for government and housing, new learner management systems for education, workflow automation for legal firms, and improved financial forecasting for wholesale and logistics businesses. The platform embeds governed AI directly into operational workflows, combining automation, sector-specific intelligence and data infrastructure. Chief Product Officer Marko Perisic said IQ provides a "trusted system of work" built for mission-critical sectors. The updates become available to customers from 2nd June, with additional features launching later this year.
