The AI-powered interface enables users to interact with enterprise software through natural language, eliminating the need to navigate between separate applications. IQ Chat provides a secure, governed way to expand AI access across organisations, helping reduce risks from employees using unapproved AI tools. The Intelligent Experience layer combines AI, organisational knowledge, and sector-specific expertise into a single conversational interface. Additional capabilities include multi-model AI, enterprise search grounded in organisational data, and personalisation that learns user preferences over time. The release also introduces agentic workflows and self-service analytics. The platform serves highly regulated sectors including healthcare, education, legal, and wholesale distribution. OneAdvanced first launched IQ in May 2026.
OneAdvanced has launched the UK's first private sovereign healthcare large language model, developed with NVIDIA and trained on pseudonymised NHS primary care data. The Care Navigator LLM demonstrated superior triage accuracy compared to both leading frontier AI models and a GP control group in benchmark testing. Built using NVIDIA Nemotron open models and trained on 500,000 monthly patient interactions from OneAdvanced's triage platform used across the NHS, the model achieves inference costs up to 150 times lower than leading frontier models. Unlike public LLMs, it learns continuously from GP corrections within the system. The pilot programme validates that sovereign AI models trained on UK healthcare data can meet NHS governance and privacy standards whilst improving care navigation accuracy and reducing resource wastage. OneAdvanced aims to deploy the solution NHS-wide.
OneAdvanced, a major UK SaaS provider, has released the first major update wave for IQ, its AI-powered system designed for highly regulated sectors. Launched in April, the Summer 2026 release introduces sector-specific capabilities across healthcare, government, education, legal, housing and commercial operations. Key updates include AI-powered clinical documentation for healthcare, enhanced financial planning tools for government and housing, new learner management systems for education, workflow automation for legal firms, and improved financial forecasting for wholesale and logistics businesses. The platform embeds governed AI directly into operational workflows, combining automation, sector-specific intelligence and data infrastructure. Chief Product Officer Marko Perisic said IQ provides a "trusted system of work" built for mission-critical sectors. The updates become available to customers from 2nd June, with additional features launching later this year.
OneAdvanced has acquired Patchs Health, an AI primary care provider, following a partnership between the two companies. Patchs develops AI-powered GP surgery tools including intelligent triage, care navigation and ambient AI scribe technologies. Founded by AI specialists from the University of Warwick and led by Dr Marcus Ong and Dr Daniel Sprague, Patchs Health applies advanced AI to operational healthcare challenges. The Patchs leadership will assume senior roles in OneAdvanced's healthcare innovation unit. The acquisition aims to accelerate OneAdvanced's healthcare platform delivery, making it the only UK provider combining these capabilities with national-scale clinical systems. Patchs Health maintains academic partnerships with the universities of Manchester and Cambridge, conducting the largest evaluation of AI in UK primary care, funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research.
OneAdvanced has bought healthcare IT provider In Practice Systems – which provides services to the NHS – out of administration. The deal was facilitated by professionals from the UK wing of Crowe.
