The platform brings structured vendor sourcing directly into Unity's enterprise legal management system and will be available to Unity ELM customers through no-cost promotional access programmes. The solution addresses growing demand for vendor governance, as legal RFPs from Fortune 500 companies increased 42% between 2024 and mid-2025, according to Major, Lindsey & Africa. Unity RFP features template-driven RFP creation, access to 8,000 law firms, structured pricing capture, weighted scorecards and reverse auction capabilities.
