Overview

Open Sky Community Services is a nonprofit providing community-based support for people with developmental, behavioral-health, and housing needs. Programs include residential services, care coordination, employment and day supports, family resources, and recovery-oriented care. Teams work with individuals to build independence, relationships, and participation in their communities. Open Sky supports people whose goals and needs differ substantially, combining clinical or residential assistance with practical opportunities involving employment, learning, health, transportation, relationships, personal choice, and community participation.
