The purchase price for Optimile has not been disclosed, as financial details of the transaction remain confidential. "For Optimile and its customers, the transaction ensures continuity while opening up additional growth opportunities," the statement reads. "The company gains access to expanded resources to accelerate the further development of its platform and strengthen its market position." Founded in 2016, Optimile operates a modular Software-as-a-Service platform for E-Mobility Service Providers and Charge Point Operators. The Ghent-based company has established itself as a 'leading player in the Belgian e-mobility market,' according to DKV Mobility. Optimile's services include authorisation, monitoring, access management, and pan-European roaming for charging points. Additionally, the company is active in the end-customer business under the Mobiflow brand. However, DKV Mobility's acquisition primarily targets Optimile's platform business rather than its end-customer offering.
