The move expands the company's operations nearly fourfold, increasing production capacity to meet growing demand for desktop SMT assembly equipment. The new 13,200-square-foot facility will house machine assembly, quality control testing, prototyping, and office space. The expansion includes a full loading dock and enables Opulo to produce at a surplus for the first time, positioning the company to explore global warehousing and new distribution channels. The Forbes Pride Building is located directly on Pittsburgh's Bus Rapid Transit line and within the Keystone Innovation Zone, providing convenient access for Opulo's growing team and qualifying the company for state tax benefits.
