Orchestra is a SaaS platform for the travel industry that helps tour operators, travel agencies, and other travel professionals create, manage, and distribute leisure travel offerings. It centralizes and standardizes data from hundreds of sources—such as tour operators, hotels, airlines, and car rental agencies—so users can build dynamic packages that mix flights, accommodations, and activities on demand. The platform includes modules for product catalogs, reservations, revenue management, and marketing, plus back-office functions and direct connections to more than thirty airlines using the NDC standard. As part of the Travelsoft group, Orchestra benefits from a global network and synergies across the business, with a footprint in 90 countries and a corporate business that processes over €40 billion in travel reservations annually. Its goal is to automate and streamline travel operations, reduce costs, and enable efficient multi-source distribution for complex inventories.
