Top alternatives to Orum for HubSpot sales teams. Orum is one of the most powerful AI-powered parallel dialers available. It can dial multiple prospects simultaneously and connect reps to live conversations, dramatically increasing the number of conversations per hour. For high-volume outbound teams, it's impressive technology. But Orum isn't for everyone. At $250+ per user per month, the price tag puts it out of reach for many HubSpot teams. It doesn't include SMS or texting capabilities. And its HubSpot integration, while functional, isn't as deep as tools built specifically for HubSpot. If you're evaluating alternatives - whether due to budget, feature gaps, or integration needs - here's an honest look at the top options for HubSpot sales teams. Why teams look for Orum alternatives. Three issues come up most frequently when teams consider moving away from Orum or decide against it during evaluation: * Price: At $250+/user/month, Orum is one of the most expensive sales tools on the market. For a 10-person team, that's $30,000+ per year just for dialing. Many teams find they can't justify the ROI, especially if they're not making hundreds of calls per rep per day. * No SMS: Orum is a dialer. It doesn't send texts. In 2026, most outbound strategies rely on a mix of calls, texts, and emails. Teams using Orum still need a separate SMS tool, adding cost and complexity. * HubSpot integration depth: Orum integrates with HubSpot, but it's designed as a standalone dialing platform first. The integration handles basic call logging and contact syncing but doesn't embed deeply into HubSpot sequences, workflows, or reporting. Orum alternatives compared. | Platform | Dialer Type | SMS | AI Coaching | HubSpot Depth | Starting Price | | YetiConnect | AI Smart Dialer | Full two-way | Yes | Native (HubSpot-only) | $39/user/mo | | Kixie | Multi-line power dialer | Yes | No | Moderate | ~$35/user/mo | | Aircall | Power dialer (higher tiers) | Limited | No | Good | ~$40/user/mo | | JustCall | Auto dialer | Yes + WhatsApp | Basic AI summaries | Standard | ~$19/user/mo | | HubSpot Native | Click-to-call | No (requires add-on) | Basic CI on Enterprise | Native | Included with Sales Hub | 1. YetiConnect - Best for hubspot-first teams. YetiConnect is the closest alternative to Orum for teams that want AI-powered dialing but also need SMS and deeper HubSpot integration. The AI Smart Dialer prioritizes call lists based on engagement signals and HubSpot data rather than simply parallel dialing - a different approach that trades raw simultaneous dials for smarter call prioritization. What sets YetiConnect apart from other Orum alternatives is the combination of features. You get full two-way SMS, AI call coaching with talk-to-listen analysis and objection detection, and conversation intelligence that surfaces team-wide patterns. All of this is built natively for HubSpot with sequence steps, workflow triggers, and reporting inside HubSpot dashboards. At $39/user/month for the Starter plan and $79/user/month for Professional with AI coaching, YetiConnect costs a fraction of Orum. The tradeoff: it doesn't parallel dial. For teams making 50-150 calls per day who also text prospects, YetiConnect delivers more total value. For teams making 300+ calls per day where parallel dialing is essential, Orum's approach may still be worth the premium. Best for: HubSpot sales teams that want AI dialing, SMS, and coaching in one tool at a reasonable price. 2. Kixie - Best budget dialer with SMS. Kixie offers a solid multi-line power dialer with SMS included at approximately $35/user/month. It's a proven tool that's been in the market for years. The dialer is fast and reliable, voicemail drop works smoothly, and local presence dialing helps with answer rates. Compared to Orum, Kixie lacks parallel dialing and any AI features. There's no call coaching, no conversation intelligence, and the HubSpot integration is decent but generic since Kixie also supports Salesforce, Pipedrive, and other CRMs. But at roughly one-seventh the cost of Orum, Kixie handles the fundamentals well. Best for: Teams that want a straightforward power dialer with SMS at a competitive price and don't need AI features. 3. Aircall - Best full phone system. Aircall is a mature cloud phone system that serves both sales and support teams. It offers power dialing on higher tiers, excellent call quality, advanced IVR and routing, and international numbers in 100+ countries. The HubSpot integration is well-maintained and covers the core use cases. Aircall's weakness as an Orum alternative is its limited SMS and lack of sales-specific AI. It's a phone system first, not a sales acceleration tool. But if your organization needs a single platform for both inbound support and outbound sales, Aircall's breadth is a genuine advantage. Best for: Organizations that need a combined sales + support phone system with reliable international coverage. 4. JustCall - Best for Budget and international. JustCall starts at approximately $19/user/month, making it the most affordable option on this list. It includes an auto dialer, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging. Local numbers are available in 70+ countries, which is valuable for international teams. JustCall has added basic AI features including transcript summaries and sentiment analysis. The HubSpot integration is functional but not as deep as HubSpot-native tools. If budget is the primary concern and your team doesn't need advanced AI coaching, JustCall covers the basics at a fraction of Orum's cost. Best for: Budget-conscious teams and organizations with international calling needs. 5. HubSpot Native calling - Best for simplicity. HubSpot's built-in calling feature is worth considering if your volume is low enough. Sales Hub includes click-to-call functionality, call recording, and basic call logging. Enterprise tiers add conversation intelligence with transcription and keyword tracking. The native option has no power dialer, limited SMS (requires a separate add-on or integration), and basic analytics compared to dedicated tools. But the integration is obviously perfect - it's built into HubSpot - and there's no additional vendor to manage. Best for: Small teams with low call volume who want to avoid adding another tool to their stack. Which alternative is right for you? The right choice depends on what drove you away from Orum (or away from considering it): * Price is the main concern: JustCall ($19/user/mo) or Kixie ($35/user/mo) offer the biggest savings. * You need SMS alongside dialing: YetiConnect or Kixie combine both. Salesmsg is an option if you want best-in-class texting but are willing to run a separate dialer. * You want AI coaching without Orum's price: YetiConnect is the only alternative on this list with full AI call coaching and conversation intelligence. * You need deeper HubSpot integration: YetiConnect is built exclusively for HubSpot. HubSpot's native calling is the other option for maximum integration. * You need a full phone system: Aircall covers both sales and support with robust routing and international coverage.

Payments firm Orum has debuted a tool to help clients prevent failed payments. No Code Verify, announced Thursday (May 2), lets businesses and institutions determine if a bank account is open and valid before initiating payments, Orum said in a news release. It’s an extension of the company’s Verify solution, launched last year to help businesses and banks verify the status of any type of bank account. No Code Verify expands on this by letting financial institutions use the technology without integrating an API (application programming interface)
