Emmy-nominated studio Outpost VFX adds Tara DeSimone as Executive Producer in Montreal. Outpost VFX (The Dog Stars, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Foundation) announced today that Tara DeSimone has been appointed Executive Producer in Montreal. This senior leadership position will see DeSimone manage operations and delivery in the region alongside client services, reporting into Director of Production, Kate Warburton. DeSimone said: "I'm excited to return to Outpost and have the opportunity to take up the torch and build on the incredible work the team has delivered in Montreal since 2019. During this time, she led the development of highly effective, first-of-their-kind cloud-based VFX workflows and standards alongside the delivery of projects including The Witcher, Day Shift, and The Gray Man.
