Automotive aftermarket supplier PHINIA Inc. has announced five new hires and two internal promotions across its North American aftermarket sales team as the company transitions to a dedicated factory sales force for its flagship Delphi brand. Several of the executive appointments directly support major Canadian distribution channels: * Aaron Henager joins as Retail Strategic Account Manager, directly managing PHINIA's sales relationship and day-to-day business operations with Canadian Tire and AutoZone. * Ande Schultz steps into the role of Senior Sales Manager for Genuine Parts Company (GPC) / NAPA North America, leading global account strategy and product program growth across NAPA networks. * Mike Pierzynski joins as Strategic Account Manager for Delco Remy, managing commercial vehicle aftermarket accounts including NAPA and FleetPride. * Jimmy Faseler joins as Retail Strategic Account Manager, while Mike Kiser and Travis McGuire take over as East and West Regional Sales Managers, reporting to Senior Sales Manager Mike Harvey. Phinia Inc reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with net sales of $940 million, up 5.6% year-over-year. Adjusted earnings per share rose 20.5% to $1.53, driven by growth in both its Fuel Systems and Aftermarket segments. The company announced the acquisition of The Stoba Group, expected to add $80 million in third-party revenue and $25 million in EBITDA. The deal expands Phinia's exposure in off-highway, industrial, and aerospace/defence markets. Phinia generated $91 million in operating cash flow and $74 million in adjusted free cash flow during the quarter. The company returned $53 million to shareholders through share repurchases and dividends.
