Pallon analyzes sewer inspection footage with machine learning and computer vision to detect, localize, and measure pipe defects. Clients upload footage to Pallon’s cloud, where AI processes the data, labels all defects, and delivers results within about a week. Revenue likely comes from a subscription or per-analysis fee, and the company serves engineers, city planners, and utility companies—over 150 customers—to improve budgeting, condition assessment, and overall maintenance efficiency. Compared with others, Pallon focuses specifically on sewer infrastructure, offering a cloud-based, data-analysis pipeline that turns raw inspection video into structured defect data and actionable insights, enabling rapid, scalable analysis across thousands of kilometers of pipe. The goal is to help clients plan budgets accurately, assess pipe condition, and streamline sewer maintenance by saving time and resources.
