Pan-American Life Insurance Group (New Orleans, Louisiana) has launched an online claims submission portal for life insurance beneficiaries in partnership with Swiss Re (Zurich). The portal enables beneficiaries to submit claims digitally, with the aim of improving submission accuracy, accelerating processing times and expanding access to the claims process. "Pan-American Life's new online claim submission portal helps expedite the claims process and better serve beneficiaries in their time of need," says Enrique R. Monzon, VP, Chief Claims Officer-Global Life, Pan-American Life Insurance Group. "We are pleased to partner with Swiss Re to enhance support of our beneficiaries across our global footprint. This initiative represents another important step in our broader digital transformation strategy." The solution is powered by PromiseXP, Swiss Re's digital claims platform designed to support claims workflows across multiple markets and product lines. The platform is currently available to beneficiaries of U.S. life insurance policies, with plans to expand across Pan American Life's global life business. Redesigning the Claims Experience "We are proud to partner with Pan-American Life to improve the customer claims experience, backed by Swiss Re's global scale and local expertise," says Timothy Kovacik Quick, Head, Global Product Development & Delivery (L&H Claims), Swiss Re. "Together, we are not simply digitizing existing processes; we are redesigning the claims experience from the ground up, mindful that claims are made during moments that matter most, when compassion and ease are essential." "By combining Swiss Re's advanced digital capabilities, deep risk insight and hands-on regional implementation support with Pan-American Life's customer-first commitment, this partnership establishes a future-ready claims model built for speed, transparency and trust," Quick adds. Pan-American Life says the initiative is part of its broader digital transformation strategy, focused on improving customer experience and operational efficiency across its portfolio.
