Pappas OPT Physical, Sports and Hand Therapy runs outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics across Rhode Island. Therapies include orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation delivered through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans created by clinicians with advanced degrees; services cover manual therapy, sports rehab, hand therapy with custom orthotics, vestibular and balance therapy, concussion management, dry needling, and programs for chronic pain, work conditioning, pelvic health, and TMJ disorders, with a fee-for-service model that accepts most insurance and direct access. The practice differentiates itself as a family-owned, Rhode Island–based network that grew through partnerships and acquisitions, expanding to 19 clinics while preserving its brand identity. The goal is to improve patients’ musculoskeletal health by providing comprehensive, accessible therapy across its network.
