Pavilion Payments has appointed Angelo Palmisano as Chief Product Officer. He will lead the gaming payment solutions provider's product and innovation strategy, overseeing product development and design across its expanding portfolio for casino operators. Palmisano brings over 35 years of gaming industry experience. He founded Paltronics, which grew into a global gaming technology business before its North American division was acquired by Aristocrat Technologies in 2014. He subsequently served as Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Innovation at Aristocrat and Chief Strategy Officer for Win Systems. In his new role, Palmisano will guide the evolution of Pavilion's platform across payments, compliance and iGaming initiatives, focusing on deeper systems integrations and data insights.
Zelle and bofa team up and other digital transactions news briefs from 3/12/26. * Peer-to-peer payments platform Zelle has collaborated with Bank of America to process charitable disbursements from Donor Advised Funds, enabling nonprofits to receive charitable grant funding in near real time. Zelle is a unit of Early Warning Services. * Some 26% of bill-pay platforms said their systems are ready for the future, though 80% agree bill-pay technology is "essential to achieving their business priorities," according to the ACI Speedpay 2026 Biller Impact Study, released early Thursday by ACI Worldwide Inc. * Risk-technology provider Socure Inc. introduced Socure Launch, a means by which organizations can gain immediate access to existing technologies to establish identity and combat fraud. * Truist Financial Corp. said a data-access agreement with global data network provider Plaid Inc. will expand open-banking access for Truist clients. * Flex Dental Solutions, a provider of practice-management software for dental practices, has launched FlexPayments, a payment platform supported by Stripe Inc. and aimed at the same client base. * The University of Louisiana System, which embraces 84,000 students and families, said it has contracted with Nelnet Campus Commerce to update the school's tuition billing and payment processes. * B4B Payments will work with Thredd, an issuer-processing platform, to process U.S. debit card transactions on the Visa and STAR networks. Pavilion to acquire DiTRONICS and other digital transactions news briefs from 2/12/26. * Gaming-transactions specialist Pavilion Payments said it has agreed to acquire payments and automation contracts, along with technology assets, from DiTRONICS Financial Services, a funds-access platform serving casinos. Terms were not announced. * Knot, an app linking consumers, merchants, and financial institutions, said it will work with Fiserv Inc. to enable Lyft drivers to more easily update their Lyft Direct card data with merchants and subscription services. * One Inc, a payments provider specializing in the insurance industry, said GAINSCO Auto Insurance has agreed to extend its agreement with the company and to adopt the newest version of One Inc's ClaimsPay service. * AIxCrypto Inc., a company seeking to blend AI and digital currency, said it will work with BitMart, a cryptocurrency exchange, to issue a cobranded virtual prepaid card backed by digital assets and aimed at everyday spending. * Euronet Worldwide Inc., a Kansas-based processor operating in Europe, reported revenue of $4.24 billion for 2025, up nearly 6% from 2024, and $1.11 billion for the fourth quarter, also a 6% rise. Net income rose 2% for the year, to $313 million and 14% for the quarter, to $51.8 million. Euronet processed 15.5 billion transactions last year, a 36% increase, and 4.3 billion for the quarter, up 34%. * Stake Network Inc., a rent-payment network, announced Colorado Renter Rewards, a program that rewards consistent rent payments with cash back. Colorado is the first state to join the program. Nationally, Stake serves 550,000 renters. * Truist Financial Corp. launched its first open-banking integration with a link to an open-finance platform from Mastercard Inc. * KUBRA, a technology company serving utilities, insurers, and government agencies, said it has enhanced its KUBRA EX-PAY+ platform to handle one-time invoice payments, order-based payments, and open-amount transactions. * Elektra USA, creator of the Elektra Go app, will rely on Ingo Payments' account-funding platform to allow U.S. Elektra Go users to fund their accounts in real time, the parties announced. * Levl Finance Ltd., a cross-border payments provider working with both fiat currency and stablecoins, closed on a $7-million seed-funding round led by Galaxy Ventures.
Pavilion Payments names Diallo Gordon CEO. Pavilion Payments has named Diallo Gordon as its new CEO, replacing new executive chairman dan Connors. Gordon joined the omnichannel payments solutions provider in January 2025 as president before officially stepping up to the role of chief executive on January 1 this year. His previous experience includes posts at Everi Holdings, Aristocrat and the Mississippi Gaming Commission. In his first year with the company, Gordon oversaw sales, marketing and product strategy. As CEO, he will look to "drive growth, deepen operator partnerships and guide Pavilion Payments' strategic direction across the gaming ecosystem," the company said. "I am honoured to serve as CEO of Pavilion Payments," said Gordon. "InterGame Ltd has a world-class team, a strong foundation and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for its customers and their patrons. "After a successful 2025, we are well-positioned for 2026, and I look forward to continuing our work together to advance Pavilion's leadership in the gaming payments ecosystem." In his new role as executive chairman, Connors is focusing on the company's strategic direction, long-range initiatives, customer engagement and M&A activity.
