The round was led by Rock Health Capital and Nexxus Holdings, with support from Mucker Capital, Enable Ventures, The SCAN Foundation, Acumen America, Impact Engine, and the California Health Care Foundation. The company intends to use the funds to advance the development of its AI-powered platform, accelerate its provider network growth, and expand its impact through new Medicaid and Medicare health plan contracts.
