Overview

Pennex is a vertically integrated aluminum manufacturer providing end-to-end solutions from raw material processing to finished parts. It produces standard and custom aluminum extrusions, casting, fabrication, and assembly, using in-house alloy development and multiple extrusion presses. Its in-house fabrication capabilities include automated sawing, Swiss turning, stretch forming, robotic welding, and CNC machining at facilities in Wellsville, PA and Leetonia, OH for automotive, transportation, building, machinery, and consumer durables markets. It aims to expand capacity and capabilities, including a joint venture with Century Aluminum to build a large secondary billet casting facility, to become the largest American-owned secondary billet supplier.
