Wingspire Capital has provided $45 million in first-out secured financing to a metal surface finishing solutions provider. The facility comprises a $10 million revolver and a $35 million term loan, structured as part of a $135 million senior secured unitranche facility. Proceeds were used to refinance existing debt and provide enhanced liquidity and financial flexibility to support continued growth. The borrower specialises in metal surface finishing solutions for mission-critical components. Wingspire Capital provides senior secured financing solutions to middle-market companies. The firm partners with sponsors, management teams, and direct lenders to deliver flexible capital structures.

Cascadia Capital has advised Pioneer Metal Finishing on securing new debt financing from TCW Private Credit. Pioneer, a portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners, will use the funds to refinance its existing facility, fund capital expenditures, and cover transaction fees and expenses. The transaction comes as Pioneer continues its growth trajectory, with strong performance through the first half of 2026. Cascadia Capital served as exclusive financial adviser on the deal.
