Plum Creek Recovery Ranch provides residential treatment for adults with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions, on a 200-acre Central Texas ranch. The program begins with medically supervised detox for alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, and stimulants, followed by a 30–45 day residential phase that blends evidence-based therapies with experiential modalities such as equine therapy, ropes courses, art, yoga, and nature activities. It differentiates itself through private ownership with experienced leadership, Joint Commission accreditation, and a focus on dual-diagnosis care, plus a detailed continuing care plan to support transitions to outpatient care or sober living after discharge. The goal is to help adults achieve lasting recovery by combining structured clinical treatment with holistic, experiential therapies and strong aftercare planning.
