The company has raised its total capital to $295 million since 2021. Founded in 2021, Proactive MD has expanded its offerings to include clinical diagnostics, pathology services, occupational health, virtual and urgent care, healthcare technology and pharmacy products. The company operates its own laboratories, pathology groups, pharmacies, 340B networks and healthcare technology platforms. Chief executive John Collier said the expansion would provide more people with accessible healthcare whilst reinforcing the company's commitment to patient care excellence. The integrated model serves patients, employers and health plan partners.
