It mobilizes a global network of mentors and volunteers to provide information, application feedback, and ongoing support, addressing barriers such as lack of role models, limited information, and insufficient preparation. The platform operates at no cost to students, relying on volunteers and donations. By connecting students with mentors, resources, and admissions insights, it enables students to identify selective schools, submit strong applications, and thrive once admitted. Its goal is to increase representation of low-income and underrepresented students at elite universities by offering practical, mentor-led, and free assistance.
