The partnership brings together William Penn Parking's longstanding local relationships and market expertise with Propark's operational resources and broader parking and mobility capabilities. Founded by Robert "Bobby" Arrigo and Robert "Robbie" Gigliotti, William Penn Parking provides valet and parking management services at more than 16 locations in the Pittsburgh area. The transaction strengthens Propark's presence across Long Island, particularly within the hospitality sector, where Gold Coast Valet serves hotels, restaurants, country clubs, and event venues. Founded in 2017 by Derek Thomas, Gold Coast Valet has built a local client base around valet parking, parking management, and guest-focused hospitality services. Following the acquisition, the company will continue supporting its existing customers while becoming part of Propark's wider operating network. As part of Propark, Gold Coast Valet will gain access to additional technology, operational resources, and business support designed to help facilitate further growth in the region.
