With more than three decades of experience across multiple sectors, Helen brings deep expertise in behaviour change and organisational effectiveness, helping clients build healthier, more connected and higher-performing organisations through sustainable transformation. Reading time: 3 minutes Helen joins Q5 as an Associate Partner bringing more than three decades helping organisations navigate complex transformation and leadership challenges, with a particular focus on culture and behaviour change. She has led large-scale global operating model and transformation programmes across sectors including Media, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas. Helen specialises in culture and behaviour change, leadership development and organisational effectiveness, working closely with senior leaders to build more connected, resilient and high-performing organisations that deliver on their strategy. Alongside her consulting work, Helen is a qualified psychotherapist, bringing a distinctive perspective on how organisations can support mental health, emotional wellbeing and life-stage transitions. She is passionate about helping organisations create environments where people feel a genuine sense of connection and belonging, recognising the clear impact this has on performance at an individual, team and organisational level. Helen is also the author of Living Well, Dying Well and Midlife: Stories of Crisis and Growth, reflecting her longstanding interest in how individuals navigate leading through uncertainty and supporting multigenerational workforces and shifting workforce dynamics. At Q5, Helen will focus on supporting clients through complex people and transformation challenges, combining her expertise in organisational change and human behaviour to drive meaningful, sustainable impact. The award recognises the commitment, energy and expertise of Q5ers across the globe who continue to use their skills to create meaningful impact through pro bono work, community partnerships and social impact initiatives. The Better Society Awards celebrate organisations that are making a positive difference through social impact, sustainability and community engagement. This recognition reflects the incredible work of Q5ers around the world who dedicate their time, skills and passion to supporting charities, social enterprises and community organisations through pro bono consulting and volunteering. This award reflects the growing impact of the Q5 Foundation and the collective contribution of Q5ers across the business. Since 2020, the Foundation has supported 227 organisations globally, including 196 through Pop Up Consulting alone. In 2025, more than 80 Q5ers delivered over £1.2 million of pro bono consulting support to charities, social enterprises and community organisations. And the momentum is continuing to build. In just the first four months of 2026, 54 Q5ers have already contributed more than 1,665 hours of support, delivering approximately £330,000 of value to partner organisations. From strategy and organisation design support for purpose-led organisations, to long-standing partnerships and community initiatives through the Q5 Foundation, our people continue to demonstrate what happens when purpose meets action.
