Qorelo provides AI agents that act as colleagues for SAP consultants, automating tasks across the SAP Activate lifecycle from discovery to deployment to speed delivery and improve quality. The agents run structured tasks, including real-time AI-led workshops to capture and transcribe requirements, aggregate multi-source inputs, deduplicate data, and compare against SAP reference content to produce governed, SAP-ready deliverables with traceability. By embedding domain and project-execution expertise into these agents, it supports large firms, boutiques, and enterprises to accelerate delivery—claims up to 40% faster—and enable smooth handovers from planning to implementation. Goal: help SAP project teams transform ERP projects faster with clearer, auditable outputs and end-to-end traceability.

Qorelo raises $3.5M in seed funding to automate manual SAP migration processes for large enterprises.
Qorelo has secured fresh funding to expand its AI platform for SAP migrations, helping enterprises streamline ERP transformations and address growing demand for modernisation ahead of major software upgrade deadlines.
Qorelo raises $3.5 million. The 2027 SAP deadline is putting pressure on thousands of companies. The Berlin-based startup Qorelo aims to resolve this bottleneck using artificial intelligence. News by Marc Nemitz · Berlin, 15. June 2026 Just five months after its founding, the Berlin-based enterprise software startup Qorelo has secured $3.5 million in seed funding. The round is co-led by HPI Ventures and Caesar Ventures. Other participants include 10x Founders, Antler, Adesso Ventures, and Angel Invest. The company plans to use the fresh capital to further develop its AI platform and expand its team. The goal is to make the modernization of ERP systems significantly faster, more affordable, and more predictable. SAP migration is becoming a billion-dollar market. Hardly any other enterprise software shapes the global economy as much as SAP. Around 90 percent of Fortune 500 companies use SAP systems, and according to the company, more than three-quarters of all global business transactions touch an SAP infrastructure at some point. At the same time, thousands of companies are facing one of the largest IT transformations of the past decades. SAP requires its customers to migrate to the new S/4HANA platform by 2027 at the latest. The pressure is enormous. Currently, around 35,000 companies worldwide are in the midst of such transformation projects. Since these often take between 18 and 36 months, the demand for experienced consultants and implementation teams is skyrocketing. Why ERP projects often fail. ERP migrations are considered one of the most challenging tasks in enterprise IT. Studies show that only a small fraction of projects are completed within the planned timeframe. Budget overruns, delays, and quality issues are a daily reality for many large-scale projects. The so-called scoping and analysis phase is particularly critical. Here, existing processes must be documented, requirements identified, and complex system landscapes analyzed - tasks that have traditionally been performed manually and heavily relied on specialized consultants. AI as an intelligence layer for ERP transformations. The startup is developing an AI-based platform that automates large parts of the functional project work. The software analyzes existing ERP landscapes, documents requirements, structures transformation projects, and creates a central knowledge base for all stakeholders. According to the startup, this can reduce project durations by up to 45 percent. At the same time, Qorelo aims to prevent valuable knowledge from being lost after a migration is complete. Instead of one-off transformation projects, a permanent optimization platform is created that supports companies in the long-term development of their ERP systems. First major client already on board. Even more remarkable than the funding round is the speed with which Qorelo has been able to attract its first corporate clients. Its references already include the automotive group Mercedes-Benz, which uses the platform for both ongoing transformation projects and operational processes. For investors, this is seen as a strong signal of market demand and the young team's ability to execute. The founding team & investor comments. Behind Qorelo is an exceptionally young founding team. CEO Nicholas Torabi was already deeply involved with ERP systems as a teenager, later founded his own AI services company, and gained experience in the venture capital sector. Co-founder Louis Schmidlin previously worked as an SAP consultant at Deloitte and has firsthand knowledge of the challenges of large ERP projects. CTO Marino Kurtović brings experience from companies such as Amazon and Meta. For investors, the main appeal lies in the size of the market. The global market for SAP transformation and optimization services was estimated at around $44 billion in 2025 and could grow to around $70 billion by 2030. Since qualified consultants are in short supply and migration pressure is increasing, many market observers see AI-powered solutions as a key lever for addressing this challenge. Qorelo positions itself not as just another AI tool, but as a central intelligence layer for ERP transformations, and could thus enter a multi-billion-dollar market at exactly the right time.
Berlin startup Qorelo has raised $3.5M to automate SAP migration work as 35,000 companies race to upgrade before 2027. Mercedes-Benz is already a customer.
Qorelo raises $3.5M to accelerate AI-powered SAP migration and ERP transformation. German firm Qorelo, which builds AI software for SAP teams working on enterprise ERP transformations and migrations to S/4HANA, has secured a $3.5 million in a seed round led by HPI Ventures and Caesar Ventures, with participation from 10x Founders, Antler, Adesso Ventures, and Angel Invest. * Founded in 2025 by Nicholas Torabi, Louis Schmidlin, and Marino Kurtović, Qorelo develops software for SAP teams working on large ERP programs, especially migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and subsequent system changes after go-live. * The product connects to an organisation's SAP environment and uses domain-specific AI to process requirements, analyse custom ABAP code, and translate business needs into implementation steps such as fit-gap analysis, scope definition, and configuration guidance. * In practice, it reduces the manual effort involved in preparing documentation and planning changes by structuring existing system and project data into usable delivery outputs for SAP consultants and internal teams, and it continues to be used for handling new requirements and optimisations as the system evolves. Details of the deal. * The fresh round will be used to build out the product, hire across engineering and SAP delivery, and grow sales so the company can take on more enterprise SAP S/4HANA migration projects and push its automation further into real deployments.
