The deal brings together navigation services with 24/7/365 virtual care that connects members with physicians in under 60 seconds. The acquisition strengthens Quantum Health's Real-Time Intercept model by enabling earlier clinical engagement before healthcare costs escalate. CirrusMD's physicians provide comprehensive virtual primary and urgent care services, including wellness visits, weight management and preventive screenings. The integration will be powered by Quantum Health's new agentic AI platform, which identifies care opportunities and supports real-time decision-making. The combined company will employ over 2,300 staff serving more than 20 million members across US public and private sector organisations.
