Quantum Health data breach investigation. Quantum Health ("QH") is a Dublin, Ohio-based company specializing in healthcare navigation and care coordination. Employers hire QH to assist with benefit solution and health plan management. QH recently experienced a data security incident, potentially exposing sensitive information belonging to an undisclosed number of its customers' employees.
