Quantum Sky appoints Samantha Moore, Jessica Merriam and Nicole Gibson to lead federal business groups. Quantum Sky has appointed Samantha Moore as executive vice president of the Department of War Business Group; Jessica Merriam as executive vice president of the Intel & Space Business Group; and Nicole Gibson as executive vice president of the Federal Civilian Business Group.
