RAD Intel has launched RAD Amplify as a standalone managed-services company after several years serving Fortune 1000 brands and global agency networks. The company uses RAD Intel's real-time intelligence platform to help advertisers make faster marketing decisions through audience and creator matching. Rick Song has been appointed chief executive officer of RAD Amplify, bringing over 25 years of experience from roles at Nielsen, Rocket Fuel, iHeartMedia and Microsoft. Emily Duban will serve as president, having led revenue and delivery across RAD Intel's largest brand activations. RAD Amplify provides real-time, post-level audience intelligence to help advertisers plan media, content and creator programmes with measurable performance outcomes. The company aims to help enterprise marketing teams deliver results with greater precision and fewer wasted resources.
RAD Intel, an AI-driven marketing intelligence company, has formalised a holding company structure to support expansion and acquisitions. The move addresses inefficiencies in the global advertising market, where industry estimates suggest 30% of the $1 trillion annual ad spend is wasted on late-stage planning decisions. Under the new structure, RAD Intel operates as the parent company, whilst two subsidiaries serve distinct markets: RAD Amplify provides managed services for enterprise clients, whilst Lickly offers self-serve SaaS for mid-market teams. Rick Song, former leader at Nielsen, Microsoft and iHeartMedia, has been appointed CEO of RAD Amplify. The restructuring follows accelerated enterprise adoption, with the company more than doubling sales contracts over the past 12 months. RAD Intel is backed by multiple Fidelity funds and was selected by the Adobe Design Fund.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RAD AI, the leader in AI-powered audience-first marketing and communications solutions, today unveiled its new strategy to rapidly reform the industry's landscape: Artificial Intelligence Buyouts (AIBOs). This strategic endeavor is designed to revolutionize the landscape by acquiring small- and medium-sized agencies, initially focusing on those operating within the creator economy. The company’s AIBO strategy meets critical needs within the creator economy. Small- to medium-sized agencies frequently lack advanced AI tools and infrastructure, hindering their ability to scale operations and client relationships. This capability gap often hampers the organization's ability to compete effectively in the marketplace. By integrating RAD AI’s proprietary technology, the initiative is set to transform their operational capabilities, boosting client satisfaction and profitability
