RATP Smart Systems (Ixxi) supplies passenger information and e-ticketing services for public transport. It offers adaptable, component-based software that can ingest data from any operator and distribution channel and push it to the appropriate medium (mobile apps, information boards, etc.), with development-friendly APIs and transferable rights to support long-term vision. Its e-ticketing lets third parties load tickets onto smartcards or NFC devices through ATMs, web portals, or retailers, reducing distribution costs for operators. Recent work includes mobile apps, dynamic information boards, OTA ticket reloads for Montreal and ATM reloads for RATP. The company aims to enable smarter, more accessible mobility, including solutions for the visually impaired, and to help clients scale and sustain operations across multiple environments.
